Our Policies When Ordering With Clark & Beau

We accept the following payments :
  • Paypal (Can be used as a guest using your debit/credit card)
After cleared payments, your order will be processed and delivered up to 10 working days on some items due to personalisation. If no payment is received after the 24 hour period you order will be cancelled.
All our parcels are sent 1st Class with Royal Mail
•  We are currently working on a 10/15 working day turnaround, while we always try our best to adhere to our turnaround, there may be times when your order is slightly delayed or in better cases your order will be early.
Clark and Beaus Return Policy
• We strictly do not refund personalised items under any circumstances.
• We do not exchange items unless at our error or fault.
• No amendments are guaranteed once the order is placed with us. We will amend wherever possible.
• Once an order is placed you will have a 1-2 working day cancellation time. After this time has passed you will not be entitled to cancel your order as this will be in production. In cases where we are processing orders quicker than usual it may be that no cancellation is accepted.
• All queries in relation to any aspect of the product needs to be disputed within 14 days of the delivery date. This includes sizes and personalisation.
• No products are exchangeable after 30 days of the delivery date. Under any circumstances.

• Any refunds done are out of our control once they are processed, PayPal account payments are generally returned instantly, however guest payments paid via a debit or credit card are returned according to PayPal and your card issuers policies and can vary.
  • We have a size guides on our website to assist with deciding your size, Also in the product description we will state if an item is a big or small fit.
  • We do not accept comparison images to retail clothing
  • We do not advise sizing
  • Please refer to our wash care labels
  • We strictly do not advise tumble drying products.
  • We advise to wash inside out at all times.
  • Please always iron your products.
  • Please note any damages caused by washing will not be at our responsibility.
  • Following the above WE WILL NOT replace any items that we find have been damaged during washing.
If you in a rare occasion experience a faulty product we ask that you contact us with 24 hours. Items can be returned with in 14 days after 1st contact has been made about faulty item, so we can investigate and fix / replace item. We will provide returning postal address on request.

You are agreeing to our pre-order policy, which is allowing you to place an order in advance and requires payment at retail price and the delivery charge.  Your pre-order item will be available and reserved for you. Release dates or time scales will be advised on our pre-order items. Please note sometimes this can change, and will always be advised on our items.
