I ordered the new ladies towelling track suit in M/L and got really mixed up with the returns policy as I needed a S/M so ended up ordering another one panicking in they sold out anyway long story short Lucy rang me and sorted it all out over the phone and I received the Smaller size the next day absoloutly over the moon with it its beautiful.
