While we would always endeavour to send your products exactly how it is pictured, that is not something we can guarantee. We use a guide for embroidery to ensure that it is in the same position, however this is not always the case due to differing sizes in clothing and names and initials. Please also check our font guide linked in the product to ensure that the font is the same as pictured if that it what you desire for your product.
While we will always endeavour to ensure that your order arrives to you in time for the day that you require them, we sometimes are faced with delays that are out of our control. We will of course keep you updated with an expected delivery time but as all items are bespoke to the customer, we cannot cancel the order.
Sorry, we're unable to make alterations to existing orders. You'll need to place a new order, however we are more than happy to give you a free postage code to combine your orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise that it will be possible to change or amend an existing order, however we will always endeavour to. You have 48 hours to cancel a personalised order, after that time your order is then in production and cannot be cancelled.
All orders receive two emails: one is an order confirmation to let you know we've received your order and the other is to give you a heads up that your order is on it's way.
If you haven't received these emails please double-check your Spam folder because they can sometimes end up there. If your email(s) aren't in your junk mail then you may have incorrectly entered your email address. If you think this is the case simply send an email to Hello@Clarkandbeau.co.uk letting us know and we will resolve the issue for you.
We sometimes offer items for pre order before we physically receive the stock, so that you can secure your child's size ahead of time. Make sure to order your pre order and ready to ship items separately, or else they'll be shipped together once we receive your pre order item(s).
Unfortunately, pre ordered items cannot be cancelled as they are bespoke items ordered especially for you.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship order within a 1-10 working day turnaround, please bare in mind that we are human and we are a small business, sometimes this may vary due to busy periods, but we promise we always work as fast as we possibly can. Please note that this turnaround does not include pre order items. Information regarding the pre order item turnaround will be included in the pre order item product description.
Your shipping confirmation will be emailed automatically when we mark your order as dispatched. Check your spam folder if your confirmation hasn't arrived to your inbox. If you think you may have entered your email address incorrectly, drop us an email and we can adjust it for you.
Yes we do! There are a few exceptions, but we can ship to pretty much anywhere in the world!
Sorry, as this is something that varies from country to country we can't estimate this for you and you'll need to check with your local customs authorities before placing your order! For your info, your parcel will be marked as 'Childrens clothing' along with the parcel value as legally required by us.
If your order has been sent to the address you provided us, with at the time of ordering we will require you to provide us with the correct address and pay for the postage again.
However if we have made an error in the address we sent the product to, we take full responsibility and will re post your order to the correct address.
UK Customers - All UK orders are sent tracked. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
International Customers - Tracking information is only available for orders sent via International Tracked. Tracking information is not available for orders sent via International Standard. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
All of our orders are send tracked 48 with Royal Mail. This therefore means that it could take up to 2 working days for your parcel to arrive. If your order weighs over 2kg and is packed in a large box, we may have to send it via UPS.
Our first class tracked 24 service does not mean that you will receive the parcel the next day. We will of course make your order a priority to get it to you as soon as possible, however our turnaround will still apply. The first classed tracked 24 service just means that you will receive the parcel the next working day after it leaves us.
