Personalised Orders
For all personalised orders we work within a 1/10 working day turnaround, excluding weekends.

Spring Summer 2026
Our Lilac Capri collection will arrive is scheduled to arrive in stock with us on 07.02.26 and we will dispatch in order number order.
Please leave any special date requests in order notes and we will do our best to accomodate this for you.
 

Please note all orders are sprayed with our signature scent as standard, should you not want this please leave a note on your order.


UK Delivery
Tracked 48 £4.95 - Shipped with Royal mail and delivered within 48 hours of dispatch
Tracked 24 £5.95 Shipped with Royal mail and delivered within 24 hours of dispatch
*Please note this is an estimate and delays with Royal Mail are not our liability.
Ireland 
£11.95 - sent with UPS and delivered 1-2 days after item/s has been sent - custom charges must be paid.
International Delivery
£19.95 - sent with UPS and delivered between 2-10 days depending on location

Tracking is provided via email and also via text. Please note that all personalised orders must still go through our turnaround time of 1-10  working days (excluding weekends), the option you select applies to when the item is complete and ready to be sent. If the turnaround on a product is longer than our usual turnaround time it will be stated in the product description.

Customs Fees

Any customs fees applied will be charged to the customer, we do not control customs fees and we do not calculate them, if there is any issues regarding this you would be required to contact UPS directly.

 Exclusions:

There is a number of items with special delivery dates that do not fall within our usual working day turnaround. If the item from your order does not fall in our usual 1-10 working day turnaround, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Please be aware our delivery timeframes for all items are estimates and can sometimes be subject to change. We will always do our very best to get our order to you on time. Pre order items cannot be cancelled or refunded in this instance.
