When will I get my order?
All Christmas items will be pre order with a dispatch date between August and December.
We will always try our best to get orders to you for requested dates, however please bare in mind this is not guaranteed as we have staggered delivery dates for stock due to the volume. If you have a date in mind please let us know in the order notes.
Can I have it personalised?
Of course!
We love personalisation, that's what makes us unique. Almost all of our Christmas 2023 collection has the option to be personalised.
This is all complementary too, so make the most of it and make your Christmas items extra special!
When's the last date I can order?
Try and get your order in as early as possible to avoid disappointment as once a size is sold out there will be no restock.
International (including ireland) - Our last shipping day will be 15.12.23
U.K - Our last shipping date will be 18.12.23
What happens if I order a normal item with something from the pre order Christmas collection?
If you order something that is not within our Christmas range with a Christmas pre order item, we will send all the items together. If you want part of the order that is available before the pre order items are sent out it will require you to pay for extra postage. If this is something you would like you can send us an email to arrange this.
