When will I get my order?
Our Christmas delivery will be arriving to us early October. We will be sending Christmas orders out in early October, right through to December.
If you would like to receive what is in stock asap then you must place two orders and order Christmas items separately. This will ensure that your order doesn't get held up by your Christmas items.
We are a team of 10, so sadly the 1-10 working day turnaround does not apply to Christmas, but rest assured we will be sending all orders as quickly as we can.
You can leave requested dates on orders, however it is just a request and not 100% guaranteed. Where possible we will be working in order number order, in previous years we have focused too heavily on customers ordering for photoshoots etc and it consumes us making sure that the orders are out for a certain date, although we will do our very best there is sadly no guarantees.
Can I have it personalised?
Of course!
We love personalisation, that's what makes us unique. Almost all of our Christmas 2025 collection has the option to be personalised.
This is all complementary too, so make the most of it and make your Christmas items extra special! All details about the embroidery can be found in the product description so you know what to expect.
When's the last date I can order?
Try and get your order in as early as possible to avoid disappointment as once a size is sold out there will be no restock.
International (including Ireland) - Our last shipping day will be 08.12.25
U.K - Our last shipping date will be 15.12.25
What happens if I order a normal item with something from the pre order Christmas collection?
If you order something that is not within our Christmas range with a Christmas pre order item, we will send all the items together. If you want part of the order that is available before the pre order items are sent out then we would recommend that you place two orders, to avoid the pre order item holding up your order.
What are the special touches in my order?
A Clark and beau branded Christmas postcard - each child will be gifted a little postcard with a chocolate coin within their order. Please consume as soon as you receive the delivery
Every Christmas parcel is sprayed with our winter fragrance to transport you into a winter wonderland upon opening your parcel, the scent is sprayed directly on to the box so it doesn’t not come into contact with the clothing.
