Please read the following delivery information below carefully in regards to all Christmas orders.
If you would like to receive what is in stock asap then you must place two orders and order pre order items separately.
This will ensure that your order doesn't get held up by your pre order items.
Unfortunately we are taking NO REQUESTED DATES, this is the fairest way possible for us to work in order number order, in previous years we have focused too heavily on customers ordering for photoshoots etc and it consumes us making sure that the orders are out for a certain date.
Therefore the decision has been made that we will work from the top to the bottom of the pile in order to ensure that it remains fair for everyone.
UK delivery:
All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked 24 or Royal Mail tracked 48, Tracking is provided via email and also via text. Please note that all personalised orders must still go through our turnaround time of 1-10 working days (excluding weekends), the option you select applies to when the item is complete and ready to be sent. If the turnaround on a product is longer than our usual turnaround time it will be stated in the product description.
UK Delivery -
Free Delivery - Applies to orders over £150
Tracked 48 - £4.95 - arrival after 2 working days once item/s has been sent.
Tracked 24 - £5.95 - arrival after 1 working day once item/s has been sent.
Ireland -
£11.95 - sent with UPS and delivered 1-2 days after item/s has been sent - custom charges must be paid.
Rest of the world -
£19.95 - sent with UPS and delivered between 2-10 days depending on location
If your order contains pre order and non pre order items, your order will not be completed until the full order is available. Should you wish to receive the items that are not pre order before the date advertised online, please contact us and we can arrange a separate postage charge for you.
International delivery:
All international orders are dispatched tracked via Royal mail or UPS, please refer to courier website for timings dependent on the country. Please note many countries are still experiencing delays due to COVID-19.
Any customs fees applied will be charged to the customer, we do not control customs fees and we do not calculate them, if there is any issues regarding this you would be required to contact them directly.
Exclusions:
There is a number of items with special delivery dates that do not fall within our usual working day turnaround. If the item from your order does not fall in our usual 1-10 working day turnaround, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
Please be aware our delivery timeframes for all items are estimates and can sometimes be subject to change. We will always do our very best to get our order to you on time. Pre order items cannot be cancelled or refunded in this instance.
If you order shows as having a pre order item within it, please ensure you read the product description or terms and conditions box at the checkout for further information regarding the delivery date.
Returns
Returns Policy:

Refunds: We strictly do not offer refunds on personalised items unless the item is faulty as can be seen below within the consumer rights section.
If you pre order an item without personalisation and it is not suitable you will be offered an exchange only. - Cancellation: You may cancel the purchase at any time up to 14 days after delivery unless the goods are exempt from cancellation. Exemptions include pre order items, if the item is personalised, if the item is bespoke to you, if the order has already been started through our embroidery service.
- If you choose to cancel, please contact us, preferably by sending an email to clarkandbeau@hotmail.com. You may use the model cancellation form, found in your parcel within the important information envelope, but you do not have to.
No amendments are guaranteed once the order is placed with us. We will amend wherever possible.
If you cancel your purchase, you must arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us at Unit 36, Building 1 Southbank Business Centre, Normanby Road, Middlesbrough, TS6 6RS. You must do this within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.
If you cancel and return the goods as described above, we will refund the full purchase price, on the condition that you have not used the goods or otherwise handled them so that their value is reduced. If you have handled the goods so as to reduce their value, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund that is proportionate to this reduction, Refunds are provided within 14 day of receipt of returned goods.
You have the right to receive a refund for goods cancelled in accordance with the above terms, however if you would prefer to receive alternative goods from us or a credit note, please let us know and we can consider appropriate options.
- Consumer Rights: If you buy goods from us, we have a legal obligation to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract. If goods are faulty, the processes and timescales above under ‘cancellations’ do not apply. We will deal with the problem according to your consumer buying rights. Lost mail: It is important to note the following:
we do not take any responsibility for lost mail when our courier has provided us with sufficient evidence of delivery in the form of a signature.
We use a Royal mail fully tracked service which allows us to record each parcels journey.
Please be aware that if you claim no delivery despite our courier recording your delivery as successful, we will not automatically refund or replace the items as we will open an investigation with Royal Mail to locate via GPS the whereabouts of the parcel.
This includes the safe place option. If you have selected a safe place for your order to be left and it is not there upon going to retrieve the order the liability lies with yourself, unfortunately claims cannot be accepted if a proof of delivery to the safe place is provided. The procedure of a claim can take several weeks to process. Once Royal mail have accepted the claim and reimbursed the costs, we have lost we will then discuss the replacement of your order. If it is confirmed with the delivery service that the parcel is in fact lost, we would offer a replacement or if you no longer require the item, we will offer a refund or credit note. - Please be mindful that claims have to be brought to the attention of the delivery company at the earliest opportunity, failure to bring this to our attention within a reasonable amount of time will therefore mean that a claim cannot be put forward on your behalf. A claim needs to be brough to our attention with 14 days of expected delivery date of the missing order.
